Website project terms

Scope

The Standard package includes five pages, responsive design, a contact form, client-supplied content, on-page SEO, analytics setup, two revision rounds, testing and handoff. Extra pages are $150 each. E-commerce, custom apps, copywriting and third-party fees are excluded.

Payment

50% of the project total (after any eligible discount) is collected at checkout. The remaining balance is due before launch. Sales tax is added where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; XNM never stores card data.

Discount codes

One code per order. Codes apply to the base build only, never to extra pages or the Monitoring & Management plan, and are subject to their stated expiry and limits.

Timeline

Our target is 15 business days after your assets are received and the scope is approved. Delays in content or feedback extend the timeline.

Ownership

You control your domain. Deliverables are transferred to you after final payment. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

Monitoring & Management plan

Monitoring & Management ($99/month: updates, backups, monitoring, 30 minutes of edits) is optional, never automatic, and only begins after you confirm it in writing. Hosting and domain are billed separately.

Revisions

Two revision rounds are included. Further rounds are quoted before work begins.
