Refund & cancellation policy

Before work begins

If you cancel before the project kickoff, your deposit is refunded in full.

After work begins

Once design work has started, the deposit is non-refundable because it covers time already scheduled and spent on your project. You keep any work delivered up to that point once it has been paid for.

Balance payment

The balance is due before launch. If you pause a project, the timeline pauses with it and we agree a new launch date when you're ready to continue.

Monthly services

Monthly social growth plans and the Monitoring & Management plan can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Services continue through the notice period.

Consultation-based projects

Branding and business-systems projects follow the payment and cancellation terms written into their approved proposal.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take several business days to show the refund.
